How appointments are requested, confirmed and prepared for.
This document is a working draft
It describes how this website and booking system actually work, which is the honest starting point — but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the sections marked below still need business-specific terms. It must be completed and reviewed before launch. This page is excluded from search engines until it is.
You choose your services, enter your address, and pick a date and time. The slot is held while the grooming team reviews the request.
The appointment status moves through: Requested, then Confirmed, then on the day Groomer en route, In progress and Completed.
No payment is taken through this website at the time of booking.
